Daily Reset

Welcome to Maayaveda: Daily Reset, a digital wellness service operated by Maayaverse ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription, trial & plan changes

The App offers a Free plan and a Pro plan (Monthly ₹149 and Yearly ₹999). New users may receive a 7-day Pro trial. Paid Pro subscriptions, when active, renew automatically until cancelled.

Plan switching is future-dated: if you switch between Monthly and Yearly (or vice-versa) while your current plan is active, your existing subscription period remains active until its completion. The replacement subscription is scheduled to begin automatically the day after your current period ends. We do not immediately replace active subscriptions — no subscription time is forfeited.

Cancellation prevents future renewals only. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period; access is not terminated immediately when you cancel.

4. Content

Breathwork patterns, journal prompts, reframes, affirmations, and micro-actions are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute or republish App content without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt service, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Mobile apps (Android & iOS)

Daily Reset is also available as a native Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) application. The mobile apps share your account, subscription, and data with the web app. Subscriptions purchased via Razorpay on the web continue to work on mobile.

If you grant the apps permission to send push notifications, you may receive reminders you have explicitly enabled in Profile → Notifications. You can disable any reminder anytime — in-app or in your OS notification settings.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account permanently from Profile → Account → Delete Account on web, Android, or iOS. Deletion removes all your journals, sessions, trackers, and billing records. This complies with App Store §5.1.1(v) and Google Play in-app deletion requirements.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
